Spherical fiber filter is an important water purification device under the coal mines. When thickness and porosity of its internal layer changes, filtering performance will also change. In order to study effects filtration lower layer, this article uses SolidWorks for modeling ANSYS CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) numerical simulation technology analysis. The conclusion obtained through research: above 0.7, below 0.6, And when 0.6 accounts 30% entire best. At time, pressure drop in not be too large, causing much energy loss. speed small cause low efficiency.
